in Barcelona, Spain before moving to Paris; named after the Greek mythological
beauty Danae. The company’s logo is the head of a beautiful woman,

Named after the painting ‘The Kreutzer Sonata’ by René Prinet acquired by Dana Parfums; used it to advertised Tabu; the slogan which is still used to day is ‘The Longest Kiss in History’. Created by Jean Carles, a floral woody amber (oriental) parfum with top notes of bergamot, orange flower, basil, neroli and coriander, heart notes of carnation, jasmine, rose, clover and ylang-ylang on base notes of patchouli, civet, oak moss, amber, musk, vetiver, sandalwood, cedar, benzoin and vanilla, classified F3f. Re-launched in 1977 and again in 2001 |
