In 1998 acquired the rights to manufacture and distribute Giorgio Beverly Hills Wings for Men from Procter & Gamble. In 1999 acquired the rights to the Paul Sebastian brands which include the Cigar Aficianado fragrance. In 2001 changed their name to Arden Inc after the acquisition of Elizabeth Arden from Unilever in 2000. |
