A parfum of great distinction having an unusual luxurious scent and held the distinction of being the most costly perfume on the market; it takes about 10600 jasmine flowers and 600 rose flowers to produce 1oz of perfume. Originally formulated in 1932 by Henri Alméras, a classical floral-bouquet styled parfum with top notes of rose, ylang-ylang and tuberose with heart notes of rose and jasmine with base notes of sandalwood, musk and civet, classified B3f. Originally presented in a flacon designed by Louis Sue.
