In 1922 gives half share of business to her.
In 1947  he dies in New York aged 80, Félicie sole proprietor.Félicie Wanpouille continued to manage the enterprise until she retired in 1962.
In 1962 now Mme Bergaud she sells out to Parfums Révillon. She dies in 1967 at the age of 93
In 1970 company is taken over by US pharmaceutical company Robins Int
Now part of Fine Fragrances & Cosmetic Group (2001)
