Sub-titled 'Parfum de Peau'; created by Roure Perfumers; a feminine an avant-garde leather chypre parfum with top notes of marigold, ginger, pepper, black current buds and orange flowers, heart notes of jasmine, rose, narcissus, patchouli, on base notes of sandalwood, oak moss, ambreine, musk and frankincense, classified D7f. Presented in a bottle consisting of spiral layers of frosted glass by Serge Mansau, won a French Glass Industry award in 1988 for the design. | |

(1988 in USA) This is the re-formulated 'Montana', created by Jean Guichard in association with Edouard Flechier; an oriental fragrance with green top notes of cassis, pepper, peach, plum and cardamom, heart notes of ginger, rose, tuberose, jasmine, ylang-ylang and carnation on base notes of sandalwood, patchouli, castoreum, vetiver, amber, civet, musk and olibanum. Presented in a modernistic stepped ringed frosted bottle mounted on a black base with a clear covered square box with Montana’s signature; certain boxes had the signature un-coloured, other’s blackened. The stopper is in the base of the bottle, so has to be turned upside-down to open; presented in a stepped spiral frosted glass bottle with a black stopper, mounted on a black base in a clear square box by Serge Mansau.
